The Natural Grocers 2022 Count the Burgers Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old. How to Enter Natural Grocers Count Contest?
** Entrants will be able to enter the Contest by completing and submitting an entry form at a participating Natural Grocers store during the Contest Period, as more particularly described in Section 5 below.
** There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.
Eligibility Criteria
The Natural Grocers Count the Burgers Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and household members of such employees, are not eligible. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Count The Burgers Contest Prize
** One (1) entrant across all Sponsor’s participating stores will receive a prize package consisting of one
(i) YETI Tundra Haul Wheeled Cooler (approximate retail value of $400) (the “Cooler”) and
(ii) Natural Grocers Branded Hydro Flasks (approximate retail value of $70) (the “Hydro Flasks”) (the Cooler, together with the Hydro Flasks, collectively, the “Prize”).
** The Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
** Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to award a cooler prize of approximately equivalent value to the Cooler if the aforementioned Cooler model is unavailable at the end of the Contest Period.
** The Prize winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use.
** The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Selection of Contest Prize Winner
** At the end of the Natural Grocers Count The Burgers Contest Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Prize winner from all eligible entries at all participating Sponsor stores.
** To be eligible to win a Prize, the entry form submitted by the winner must correctly state the number of BURGER images appearing in the July 2022 Edition Of Sponsor’S Health Hotline® Magazine (The “Health Hotline”) Excluding The Family Of 4 Burgers With Arms And Legs On Page 27, The Burger On Page 30 And The Burger On Page 31. In The Event No Entry Correctly States The Number Of Burger Images Appearing In The Health Hotline, Sponsor Will Randomly Select The Prize Winner From All Valid Entries Closest To The Actual Number (Without Going Over).
** The Selection Of Prize Winner Is Final And Binding In All Matters Related To The Contest.
** All Potential Contest Winners Are Subject To Verification By Sponsor, Whose Decisions Are Final And Binding In All Matters Related To The Contest.
** An Entrant Is Not A Winner Of Any Prize, Even If The Contest Should So Indicate, Unless And Until Entrant’S Eligibility Has Been Verified And Entrant Has Been Notified That Verification Is Complete.
** It Is The Entrant’S Responsibility To Ensure That He/She Has Complied With The Conditions Contained In These Official Rules.
** Winner Notification Additional Conditions.
** The Prize winner will be notified by telephone or email by Sponsor following the conclusion of the Contest Period.
** Such Prize winner must verify their information to Sponsor by phone or email as requested by Sponsor within ten (10) days following such notification.
** Should the Prize winner fail to verify their information as requested by Sponsor within such ten (10) day period, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prize winner will be selected at random.
