What is Natural Grocers Solgar Sweepstakes?
Natural Grocers 2022 {N}Power Member Solgar Sweepstakes is organised by Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc. The Natural Grocers 2022 {N}power Member Solgar Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years. The Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) entrant at each of Sponsor’s participating stores will receive a prize package consisting of: (i) two (2) Solgar-branded foldable mesh-top chairs. The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2022 and ends on July 31, 2022.

How to Enter Natural Grocers Solgar Sweepstakes?
To enter the Natural Grocers Solgar Sweepstakes, an entrant must be a member of Sponsor’s {N}power customer loyalty program, which can be joined at no cost at www.naturalgrocers.com/join.
Entrants will be able to enter the Sweepstakes by either of the following two (2) methods,
**Each Qualifying Transaction (as defined herein) made by an {N}power member during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically count as a separate entry in the Sweepstakes by that {N}power member.
**Entrants are limited to a maximum of ten (10) Qualifying Transactions per day per {N}power member for this method of entry; or
**{N}power members may complete and submit an entry form online at website during the Sweepstakes Period.

**Entrants may not use an agency or automated system to enter.
Natural Grocers Solgar Sweepstakes Prize
One entrant at each of Sponsor’s participating stores will receive a prize package consisting of
(i) two (2) Solgar- branded foldable mesh-top chairs,
(ii) two (2) foldable small mesh-top tables,
(iii) two (2) Solgar-branded beach balls, and
(iv) one (1) Solgar-branded cooler (each such prize package, inclusive of the foregoing items “(i)”-“(iv)”, collectively, a “Prize”).
The approximate retail value of each Prize is $300.00. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made, except as provided at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to award Prize components of approximately equivalent value if the aforementioned Prize components are unavailable at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selection of Sweepstakes Prize Winners
**Following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Prize winner from all eligible entries at each participating Sponsor Store.
**The selection of the Prize winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
**All Potential Sweepstakes Winners Are Subject To Verification By Sponsor, Whose Decisions Are Final And Binding In All Matters Related To The Sweepstakes.
**An Entrant Is Not A Winner Of Any Prize, Even If The Sweepstakes Should So Indicate, Unless And Until Entrant’S Eligibility Has Been Verified, Such Entrant Has Been Notified That Verification Is Complete, And The Other Conditions Set Out In These Offical Rules Have Been Met.
**It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has complied with the conditions contained in these Official Rules.
