What we are looking for :

Job Responsibilities:
** 50% art directing others/giving direction. 50% hands on creation of design.
** Help create the look and feel of upcoming campaigns. And then work with our design team to implement the application of these designs through the creation of various digital assets.
** Assist in creative requests relating to web banners and online promotional assets including social media ads and native ads.
** Conduct competitive research, including design insights and trends.
** Participate in creative briefing, testing and brainstorming.
** Execute daily/weekly creative request.
** Role is on-site here at our Atlanta office. With a hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 day at home model.

Job Required Skills:
** Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing/Design Major preferred.
