Job Description :
NFM’s Social Media Coordinator will assist in the execution of NFM’s social media strategies. You will provide support for the Social Media Manager and Social Media Specialist. You will play a large role in setting your teammates up for success. This position will have the flexibility to work from home, but will be required to work onsite occasionally based on business needs.
Job Duties : A Day in the Life
1. Engage : Manage daily Instagram customer engagement, product tagging and hashtags to grow NFM’s Instagram audience and maintain customer engagement on Twitter and Facebook
2. Align : Scout out potential partnerships via Instagram and organize and report on potential influencers partnerships.
3. Teamwork : Point of contact for influencer contracts and organize the delivery of products out to partners
4. Interact : Respond to all comments and customer service-related questions by the end of each day
5. Influence : Maintain Pinterest boards – create boards and pins that align with NFM’s social content pillars. Check for dead links and update keywords and boards weekly
6. Develop : Create social giveaways and manage the distribution of prizes and maintain social prize logs

Job Qualifications :
** College course work in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, related field or equivalent experience required
** 1 year of Social Media experience in the following platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter required
** Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) required
** Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Graphic design experience preferred
** Customer service experience preferred
** Ability to work with a team and/or independently
** Self-motivated and driven
** Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
