Job Description :
The Clearance Clerk is responsible for real time analysis and assisting in the coordination and balancing of Clearance Operations. This role will monitor and document all productivity measurements, support the Clearance Supervisor/Lead to ensure all tasks are ready for the production crew, and support the Clearance Supervisor/Lead to ensure all end of day (EOD) tasks are completed. This position reports to the Clearance Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities :
** Collect and record current productivity numbers and report them to the Shipping Manager
** Report, research and resolve issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner
** Provide administrative support for the Clearance Supervisor/Lead
** Develop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of all Shipping technology
** Support Clearance Supervisor/Lead as needed
** Perform additional duties as requested

Decision Making Responsibilities :
** Under direct supervision of the Clearance Supervisor, work is performed within standard policies and procedures with little opportunity for un-reviewed decision-making

Financial Responsibilities:
** This position does not have any direct financial responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities:
** This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide routine information and support to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications :
** High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
** Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
** Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
** Working knowledge of Word and Excel
** Detail oriented and accurate
** Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data
** Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings

Job Description :
The Shipping Material Handler is responsible for maintaining warehouse stock and assisting in fulfilling orders. This role will work closely with the Picking/Shipping Team to load merchandise onto trailers for shipment.

Job Responsibilities :
** Load merchandise onto trailers
** Scan merchandise prior to loading to maintain accountability
** Maintain a clean and safe work environment
** Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory
** Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
** Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product
** Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :
** High School Diploma or equivalent
** Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
** Current and valid OSHA forklift operation certificate or ability to obtain a forklift operation certificate
** Must be able to pass a lift assessment with a push pull requirement of 250 lbs
** Able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays and evenings)

Preferred Qualifications :
** 1+ years of experience in a Warehouse environment

Work Environment :
** Physical labor – loading, pushing, pulling, standing, lifting
