MEP Project Manager
Job Description:
**Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.

**Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
**Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical engineering or similar curriculum plus 6 years of relevant experience in interiors commercial construction (MEP related) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications
**6 years of experience in the construction industry.
**Desire to work in an MEP environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
**Experience working in an MEP environment.
**Experience in construction in telecom, technology or mission critical environments.
**Experience running larger scale projects.
**Fluency in construction paperwork including scope writing, purchasing, scheduling, planning, invoicing.
**Experience working in critical “occupied” environments.
**Ability to guide/train and mentor junior staff members.
**Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
**Qualified candidates will be highly organized, professional and have excellent communication skills.

**Position may travel between various sites, via public transportation. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursable.
