The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes is organised by Bayerm CropScience LC. The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to commercial farmers who are legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and Rhode Island) who, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period are 21+ years of age. The Grand Prize is One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV). Approximate Retail Value is $6,000.00. The “Sweepstakes Entry Period” begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Central Time on May 9, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Central Time on August 22, 2022.

How to Enter Bayer The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes?

During The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes Entry Period, an eligible person may enter as follows, with a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of the entry method used

Entry Method 1

**Request Sticky Trap from Bayer Traits.
**To receive an entry into the sweepstakes, an eligible person should go to https://traits.bayer.com/thewatch and complete the sticky trap request form between May 9, 2022 – July 5, 2022 for one (1) entry.
**There is no charge associated with requesting or receiving the sticky trap.
**Limit of one (1) entry per person during the relevant entry period.

Entry Method 2

**No Purchase Necessary.
**To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, an eligible person should print his or her name, e-mail address, phone number and address on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper.
**The entry must be mailed in an envelope no larger than #10 (business-size envelope), with sufficient postage affixed, to

**Limit one mailed entry per outer-mailing envelope.
**All mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
**Mail-in entries that are not received by 11:59 P.M CST on July 5, 2022 will be considered late and will not be accepted.

Additional Entries

Entrants may receive additional entries (one additional entry per method for a maximum of three (3) additional entries per week) (each an “Additional Entry”) between July 6, 2022 – August 22, 2022 (the “Additional Entry Period”) by doing one (or all) of the following (each an “Additional Entry Method”):

Upload original photo showing Sponsor’s sticky trap in entrant’s field on https://traits.bayer.com/thewatch or if entrant did not obtain a Restricted free sticky trap via the request form, upload an original photo showing a sticky trap in entrant’s field at https://traits.bayer.com/thewatch.

2. Facebook:
Post an original photo on Bayer Traits Facebook page, located at https://www.facebook.com/BayerTraits showing Sponsor’s sticky trap in entrant’s field (a “Facebook Post”), or a photo of any sticky trap in entrant’s field if entrant did not obtain a free sticky trap via the request form, with hashtags #sweepstakes AND #rootwormwatch.

3. Twitter:
Post an original photo from entrant’s Twitter account showing Sponsor’s sticky trap in entrant’s field, or a photo of any sticky trap in entrant’s field if entrant did not obtain a free sticky trap via the request form, with hashtags #sweepstakes AND #rootwormwatch (an “Entry Tweet”).

4. Mail In:
Mail an original photo of Sponsor’s sticky trap in entrant’s field, or a photo of any sticky trap in entrant’s field if entrant did not obtain a free sticky trap via the request form, to

To be a valid entry via Twitter and/or Facebook, all Entry Tweets and/or Facebook Posts must:
**Include one (1) photo showing sticky trap in entrant’s field;
**Be sent from a valid Facebook account and/or valid Twitter;
**Include the hashtags “#Sweepstakes” and “#Rootwormwatch”;
**Be original, and not include or reference any persons other than the Entrant, or any brands, logos, names or creative works, other than those created by or owned by either Entrant or Sponsor;
**Not be offensive or disparaging or infringing of any rights of others, and be in good taste and appropriate for the Facebook and/or Twitter audience and Sponsor’s followers, in Sponsor’s sole discretion; and
**Comply with all Facebook and Twitter Terms of Service and Rules, as applicable, and these Official Rules.

Winner Selection of Bayer The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes

The Winner Selection of The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes are given below,
**Grand Prize Winner Selection:
On or about August 23, 2022, Sponsor will randomly select one entry, from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period, to receive the Grand Prize as described below (“Grand Prize Winner”).

**Secondary Prize Winner Selection:
On or about August 23, 2022, Sponsor will randomly select two (2) additional entries from all remaining eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period to receive the Secondary Prize as described below (“Secondary Prize Winner”).

**Tertiary Prize Winner Selection:
On or about August 23, 2022, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) additional entries from all remaining eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period to receive the Tertiary Prize as described below (“Tertiary Prize Winner”).

Prizes of The Watch 2022 Sweepstakes are given below,
