1. Internal Auditor

Qualifications:

** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Big 4 or large publicly traded organization’s internal audit function
** Minimum 1 year SOX Experience; Internal Audit experience preferred
** Professional designation or eligibility is preferred (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
** Work with business partners to assess processes and operations. Build flowcharts and process narratives to document our understanding
** Develop and collaborate to gain alignment on improvements to business operations, systems, and policies
** Create written reports and present recommendations to management
** Assist management in identifying solutions for recommendations identified
** Proactively follow-up, track, and close identified observations / deficiencies. Evaluate agreed upon action plans for effective mitigation of risk
** Assist with audit materials to be presented to the Audit Committee
** Support the risk assessment process for the development of an annual audit plan
** Identify, evaluate, and report upon deficiencies identified through SOX testing
** Promote the Internal Audit brand and act as trusted advisor for the business
** Exhibit the following qualities to achieve project goals: strong teamwork, ability to develop relationships, active listening, proactivity, positive attitude, problem solving, decision-making, curiosity
** Potential for domestic and international travel up to 20%

2. Global Trade Compliance Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
** Support US Import Operations
** Support with FTA management as it relates to US Customs regulations
** Maintain accurate valuation methods for imports into US/Canada
** Classify products for US HTS as well as global HTS mappings
** Conduct audits of trade compliance program, policies, and procedures
** Capture monthly metrics for US/Canada trade activity
** Assist with monthly post entry audits
** Maintain import/export compliance manuals
** Analyze and deliver improvement and/or cost savings opportunities
** Knowledge of CTPAT or other Trusted Trader programs
** Knowledge of First Sale valuation programs

Qualifications:
** Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred
** 3+ years of relevant Trade Compliance experience
** Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
** Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
** Takes initiative to generate ideas to drive business and contribute to organizational efficiency
** Standout colleague with proven record of working effectively with multiple cross-functional groups
