Job Introduction:
Bassett Home Furnishings of San Marcos is seeking an experienced Full- Time Customer Service Representative.
Hours : Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities & duties :

** Organize office and assist Management and Sales Staff
** Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
** Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
** Problem Solve any customer issues that arise
** Answering and making phone calls to current customers
** Key Sales orders accurately and keep customers up to date on status of merchandise

Requirements:
** Working knowledge of office equipment
** Thorough understanding of office management procedures
** Excellent organizational and time management skills
** Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Proven experience as an office assistant or as another relative administrative role
** Assist customers

Job Introduction:
Our Bassett Design Consultants are responsible for building meaningful and long-term customer relationships. They have comprehensive knowledge ranging from furniture construction to design trends. They use “relationship selling” techniques through interior design consultations and makeovers to maximize selling opportunities. Our design consultants take joy in the design process!

Opportunity:
** FULL TIME Schedule with a starting hourly rate at $20.00/hour
** ADDITIONAL commission compensation, including additional compensation for In Home Design Consulting
** Comprehensive Benefits Package
** Consistent work schedule including 3 days off every other week
** Attractive Retail Store hours: Sunday through Saturday 11-6
** Friendly and positive work environment with supportive management team
** Sales averages of $70,000 monthly generates an annual income of about $67,000
