Provide project management leadership in driving implementation of cross functional, strategic initiatives. Drive business transformation by leading definition of project scope, alignment and delivery to milestones. Effectively drive cross functional team and communication at all management levels.

Responsibilities:
**Manage multiple projects and teams while providing methodology leadership, ensuring the delivery of solutions to high impact business initiatives
**Effectively remove blockers and mitigate program risks while maximizing team productivity and ensuring delivery
**Facilitate alignment through effective stakeholders engagement and communication, identify program critical success factors, and drive mitigation of significant issues and risks

**Develops, maintains, and strengthens partnerships with others inside and outside the project team who provide decision making, information, or support
**Proven experience in project management
**Ability to drive process and influence people
**Superior problem-solving skills
**Proven experience working with project management techniques and tools
**Strong organizational and analytical skills that include the ability to respond to changing needs and shifting priorities while minimizing project impact
**Strong presentation and leadership skills
**Strong verbal and written communication skills
**Project and Program Management Certifications (PMP) optional
**Proficiency with Asana and Jira desired

This position has a minimum base salary starting at $108,000 /year. Bonus, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity may be eligible for this position. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for benefits including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
