** 7+ years of software engineering experience
** 5+ years of experience leading and owning project execution and delivery through the entire SDLC
** Excellent written / verbal communication skills
** Ability to work well on a large, distributed team
** 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native
** 3+ years of experience mentoring and coaching software engineers
** 3+ years of experience with any combination of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, CircleCI, Ansible, CodeDeploy, Artifactory, etc.) – pipelines for React Native / Swift IOS are a big plus
** 3+ years of experience with a public cloud provider (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure as a service offering (e.g. EC2, SQS, ECS)

Job Requirements :
Qualifications Required :
** High school diploma/GED High School Equivalent/Trade
** 5 years of previous work-related experience in electrical, plumbing, miscellaneous repairs and operations.
** 3 + years of supervising experience on the field
** Proficiency in reading and speaking English
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
** Proficiency in all skills required by Maintenance Personnel
** Problem solving skills
** Valid Florida driver’s License
** Reliable transportation
