What is Disney Cruise Line Vacation Sweepstakes Competition?
Disney Cruise Line Vacation Sweepstakes Competition is organised by Disney Destinations, LLC. This competition is is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares for the Group from the major United States gateway airport closest to the Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) tothe Miami International Airport (“ Arrival Airport”) as selected by Prize Provider in its sole discretion; provided, however, if the Winner resides inside a 200-mile radius of Miami, Florida, airfare will not be provided. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”), June 7, 2022 & ends at 11:59 PM ET, July 5, 2022 (“ Sweepstakes Period”).

To Enter Disney Cruise Line Vacation Sweepstakes Competition, the procedure are given below

4. You may create an Account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the “Create an Account” link & providing the requested information on the registration form through the “Create Your Disney Account” section on the Website.
5. During the entry process, you may be asked toconsent toreceive promotional e-mails & reminder e-mails from Sponsor.
6. Consenting toreceive promotional e-mails & reminder e-mails is optional & does not have tobe agreed upon in order tobe eligible toparticipate in the Sweepstakes & does not improve your chances of winning. Eligibility of Vacation Sweepstakes Competition
**The “Disney Cruise Line Vacation Sweepstakes” (“ Sweepstakes”) is open only tolegal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, wh**are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).
**Any individuals (including but not limited toemployees, consultants, independent contractors, & interns) wh**have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes &/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated & successor companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), & immediate family & household members of such individuals, are not eligible toenter. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live.
**”Household members” shall mean people wh**share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not.
**Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prizes/Approximate Retail Values
The Prizes/Approximate Retail Values of Vacation Sweepstakes Competition are given below,
ONE (1) PRIZE (“Prize”):
One Prize Winner will receive a 4-night Disney Cruise Line vacation for the Winner & up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”; collectively “Guests” & together with the Winner, the “ Group”) tobe taken aboard the Disney Dream ship (the “Vacation”). The Vacation consists of the following:
1. Up too four (4) roundtrip coach airfares for the Group from the major United States gateway airport closest tothe Winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) tothe Miami International Airport (“ Arrival Airport”) as selected by Prize Provider in its sole discretion; provided, however, if the Winner resides inside a 200-mile radius of Miami, Florida, airfare will not be provided.
Motor coach transportation for the Group from the Miami International Airport toa hotel in Miami selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (if applicable).
2. One (1) st&ard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at a hotel in Miami (selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) for one (1) night prior tothe ship’s departure) (if applicable).
3. Round trip ground transportation from the Miami hotel toPortMiami, & from PortMiami tothe Miami International Airport for the Group (if applicable).
Port parking for the duration of the cruise for one (1) vehicle at PortMiami Cruise Line Terminal (if applicable).
One (1) four (4) night Cruise on the Disney Dream for the Group that includes:
**One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Dream (location/category at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line) with a maximum occupancy four (4) people.
**All meals onboard the Disney Dream (excluding Pal & Remy fine dining).
**One (1) meal for each adult in the Group at Remy or Pal (including gratuities), date/time & restaurant at Sponsor’s sole discretion & subject toavailability; excludes add-on items such as specialty non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages & food that are not included in the price of the meal.
**Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server & head server.
**Taxes, Fees, & Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize up to: $9,146.24 USD, which includes Taxes, Fees, & Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of the Vacation may vary depending on point of departure, date, times of travel, & fluctuations of rates & airfares at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the Vacation is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.
Winner Notification of Vacation Sweepstakes Competition
The Winner Notification of Vacation Sweepstakes Competition are given below,
** Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about July 6, 2022 & will be required to complete, sign & return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release & Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, ” Prize Claim Documents”).
** Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed & signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture & selection of an alternate potential Prize Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting).
