National Vision is asking optometry students to share their perspectives on “AI and the Future of Eye Care” for a chance to win a $7,500 scholarship! Share your take on the potential benefits and challenges of integrating AI into eye care, and how National Vision can lead the way in adopting these technologies to serve diverse communities.

** With enhancing diagnostic accuracy, AI-driven technologies have the potential to overcome barriers such as geography, cost and time that often limit access to quality healthcare.
** For optometrists, AI brings unique advantages, including streamlined workflows, more informed decision-making and the ability to serve a broader range of patients, including those in communities with little to no healthcare providers.

How to Apply for National Vision Scholarship Program?
1. Qualify – Submissions are open to 3rd- and 4th-year optometry students in good standing with an optometry school in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.
2. Create – Write a 500-word essay or create a short video (maximum length: 5 minutes)
3. Submit – Fill out the submission form and upload your project by January 31st, 2025.
